Managing your health online

You can order your repeat prescription online using the Patient Services app or website.

If you have not already registered for this service please visit the surgery with photo ID so we can confirm your identity

We will give you a username and password

Please then go to Patient Services or use the app to register and log in.

Use the free NHS 24 Online app to:

• find health and care services within your local area
• assess your symptoms to find out what you should do next

This will help you get the right care in the right place.
