Complaints Procedure

Whilst we try our best at all times to provide patients with high quality healthcare, we realise no system is perfect.

If you have a complaint or comment about the service you have received from any member of the team working in this practice, please let us know.

Please refer to our complaints procedure which is modelled on the NHS Scotland Public-Facing Complaints Handling Procedure.  This document will guide you through how to make a complaint.  It contains information on who to complain to, what we will do, when and how we will respond.

We hope that if you have a problem you will use and be satisfied with our complaints process.
