We have now introduced Patient Services Online for ordering repeat medication.  If you haven't done so already you will need to register for the new system.  Please click on the Prescriptions tab for further information.

From 1st March 2019 a limited number of GP appointments which are bookable 48 hours in advance will be available through the Patient Services website.  Please click on the Appointments tab for further details on how to access these appointments.

Public Holidays:

Please note the following forthcoming holiday dates when the surgery will be closed:

Easter - Friday 19th and Monday 22nd April 2019

We will re-open as normal on following the above dates.

Please make sure you have sufficient medication to see you through holiday weekends.

Pre-bookable appointments will be available with a GP or a nurse on Monday and Thursday mornings from 07:10 till 08:30 am.

These appointments are for patients who work and are unable to attend surgery during normal surgery opening hours.

A major part of this problem is the number of wasted appointments.

Keeping treatment room and practice nurse appointments is just as important as with your GP.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, it is essential to cancel it as soon as possible, as we may be able to offer it to another patient.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

Please note that the current repeat prescription ordering system is being phased out and will be replaced by "Vision online" which will allow you to request repeat prescriptions as well as enable online appointment bookings. When the new system goes live (anticipated to be by end of November 2017), you will lose the ability to request prescriptions online unless you have registered for the new service.

Please download a "Vision online" registration form from our website, or ask for a form at reception. You will need to provide proof of identify when returning the form to the Surgery. Please do this as soon as possible to ensure that you can continue to order prescriptions online.

Many thanks
